Site Selection
Vertel Site Selection Services includes evaluation of the search area through zoning & land ownership research, site search, site identification, submission of coordinates for feasible sites for frequency review and coverage plotting, compilation of a Search Information Candidates Information Package, the review and approval of candidates by Engineering design specialists, and scheduling of Site Feasibility Visits.
Site Feasibility Visit
Once suitable candidate site(s) have been approved by Engineering then the Site Acquisition Manager will arrange a physical feasibility visit. Depending on the site and solution this could include RF Engineer, the Construction Engineer, and the Site Acquisition Manager. Other participants possibly joining the visit may include selected specialists such as OHS consultants and/or technology vendors and Client personnel.
Site Commercialisation Services
Vertel’s Site Commercialisation Services take any proposed site(s) through due diligence, and contract negotiations processes, resulting in an acquired property, and purchase orders.
Regulatory and legal requirements dictate that due diligence tasks need to be completed and documentation before an acquisition agreement can be undertaken by our clients.

Once your application is in our system, we address all engineering, regulatory, zoning and environmental concerns. Additional services include:
- Licensing documentation
- All necessary drawings for leasing
- Zoning and Construction drawings on a per site basis
- Zoning and permitting services
- Notice-to-proceed (NTP)
- Close-out Package
