Vertel offers customers full access to a wide range of services to speed network deployment. These services support collocation on all of our sites and may also be available for additional projects on an outsourced basis.
Our dedicated sites division provide a range services from site selection, to design, commissioning and ongoing maintenance. Our simplest offering provides an area to house an antenna and rack system. This offering can be expanded to provide a full turn key service where the site shelter and backhaul is designed, commissioned and maintained for a fixed monthly fee.

Site Development
From single tower builds to larger Build-to-Suit programs, Vertel has the staff and resources required to construct and manage the development of new towers. Our team of specialist Site Project Managers can handle every step of the process, working with both internal and external resources to manage your projects.

Site Selection
Vertel Site Selection Services includes evaluation of the search area through zoning & land ownership research, site search, site identification, submission of coordinates for feasible sites for frequency review and coverage plotting, compilation of a Search Information Candidates Information Package, the review and approval of candidates by Engineering design specialists, and scheduling of Site Feasibility Visits.

We can handle every aspect of building out your site–delivering requirements for new tower project, acquiring and managing contractors, ensuring construction specifications are met and completing the closeout process for you.
