Managed Radio & Wireless offers a portfolio of managed services specifically for businesses that requiring mission critical wireless voice and data services.

Vertel provides end to end frequency management service. Vertel applies for, secures and manages on an ongoing basis the apparatus license from the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA).

Network management is handled through the interfacing of the fixed network into Vertel’s Network Operations Centre. This service allows Vertel to monitor the network status in real time and to handle any performance issues or network outages.

Capacity planning and management is provided by Vertel as an optional service. This is particularly relevant where a network has a large and or growing number of subscribers. In this instance Vertel can identify and manage capacity requirements and growth. We are also able to manage intermodulation issues on networks and associated sites.

Vertel provides asset tracking for network equipment and associated peripherals. This service is useful for organisations that have a large amount of aging yet high value infrastructure. Included in this offering is a repair history that allows for commercial repair / replace decisions to be made with better confidence.
